Shelta Hats Return Policy?

Sheltahats.com has a return policy that allows items purchased directly from their website to be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

Please note, products returned without original packaging (Tags, hooks, and/or labels) will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee. Used or visibly worn items are not accepted for returns or exchanges. If received in this condition, items will be returned to the sender.

Any shipments sent back as "return to sender or undeliverable" will be charged $20 for shipping, return shipping and re-stocking fee. Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

For return shipping, a Free Return label is provided for all orders that qualified for the Free shipping offer ($74 minimum purchase). A $6.50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if your purchase did not qualify for Free Shipping (purchases under $74) or if your purchase initially qualified for free shipping, but after returning some items, the total order amount is less than $74.
